Catching up
Been ages since I blogged anything substantial in here so here goes.
Yesterday: Concussed at 5pm even though I had set aside time to study. Woke at 8, ate dinner, and concussed again at 8.30pm. Slept like a log until 8am. Whoops. Late nights and morning lesson combos clearly isn't working out.
Going to my future workplace at 2pm later today to sign my contract. Looking forward to that. (Yep, I got an offer to work closer to home. Time to buy that bike XD)
Then gotta pop by the music school for a few students.
Tomorrow morning got a driving lesson at 8am (I think my instructor is doing this on purpose) and a makeup lesson at 2.30pm.
So yeah, work's been a little busy, but not that much.
Trying to save money so I can go on a trip sometime in June. Not sure where yet, planning to go where my budget takes me.
Booked a ticket to Siem Reap in September with Fi to visit Angkor Wat. Looking forward to that too.
Got a creep hanging on my phone for a couple of days now. Decided if he calls again, I intend to go to the police.
Feeling a little nostalgic these days. And it isn't quite time for my hormones to act up yet.
Leaving things to fate hasn't worked out the best for me yet.
Meeting up with them on Friday. I wonder what kind of news I'll hear.
We'll see how things go. (Again)

June and the Magic Flute
Just realized it's been ages since I blogged. Nothing much going on, exams are done and exams are coming soon again.
And June is swinging by again.
Starting to feel restless.
Prolly should start saving to go somewhere. Maybe Boracay. Heh.

Chicago
Went for Chicago the Musical today. Sharon Millerchip's rendition of Roxie Hart was fantastic.
A definitely must-see. They had much more songs compared to the movie.
A truly enjoyable night.
My fav track is still Cell-Block Tango.

New World
The New World Symphony was fantastic. The horns drowned out the rest in some parts but it was overall very good.
Clash of the Titans was bleh. Strange depiction of a Kraken. Pirate's version of the Kraken was so much better. Sam Worthington's Perseus was not convincing either. Nice graphics but that's about it.
Busy with work, and should clock in some sleep.

U-waaahhhh
Back from short trip, more tired than I thought. Looking forward to Sunday when I can catch up on some sleep. Crunch-time is over, just need to run some simple errands and I am done for the moment.
Saw something that made me madder than I though I would or should be. Not a good sign. Not even sure what is going on anymore. I'll just leave things to the tides.
Got several things in mind to sort out over the next week:
-Start seriously practicing the piano again
-List out a proper exam and study schedule for the kids
-Sort out paperwork, table's getting messy again
-Cut down on play, push up on work
-Contemplating on trying Script Frenzy this year since I flopped NaNo for the past 3 years
-Get back on Projects B.D, L.R and M.
That should be about it....
Oh darn, I forgot to buy a ticket to SSO's New World Symphony again. -.-

Bah
Been feeling rather bleh. Things are not going the way I want and family members are off their rockers.
Maybe it's just the weather.
Time is passing by either too quickly or slowly.
It's a simple thing really... either a yes or a no.
I hate games.
Can't wait for my short trip.
Had a horrible day recently and because I had extra time on my hands, I dropped by Granny's house. She immediately cooked up some brown rice and chicken. Comfort food. She also said something that gave me a good reality check.
"Since you decided to teach, must learn to control your temper!"
Dad was so happy when I decided not to go overseas in June.
"Let's go Chiang Mai!"
Right... looks like I'll STILL be going overseas, just nearer.
