New Year Day 1

I have never seen so many eggs in the house all at once.

Dinner at Aunt's house on Eve. Cousin's room. Spring Cleaning Fail!

I get pretty nails. Can't have them for long though...

A must have dish during CNY. It's Fa Cai. A type of plant that looks like hair when cooked. I love it.

Colin and me. (Can you believe we have never taken a pic together and I'm already 25?! -.-)

How can I miss out Ah ma. LOL.

Mom

Dad (looking like a perverted vietnamese man)

And princess as always, Zel.

Lunar new year and mis.

Happy Lunar New Year to everyone! May you guys have a fulfilling and peaceful year ahead!!

Something just happened that made me think maybe I am not working quite as hard as I thought.

Or maybe it is a sign to start my diploma already.

Hmm.

Ender's Game

Fi lent me a book last weekend and asked me to read it. Finally got it out and started on it yesterday.

Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card

Couldn't put the book down!!

The last time this happened was the LOTR saga back when I was 16 years old.

I was actually contemplating whether or not to speed read during lesson and just rely on my ears to check my kid playing their scales.

Surefire way to get fired though.

Now I gotta get the rest of the books. Just when I had resolved to stop spending money on books. :x

One thing I hate about reading is when I finish a really great story, I always end up wanting more, and in between the time waiting for the the next volume or dragging my ass to the bookstore, I end up twiddling my thumbs. Which is what I am doing right now.

La Boheme

Fantastic opera, no wonder it is a classic even 'til today.

Favourite line: Loneliness is a death.

Favourite scene: When Rodolfo turns and says "Why are you looking at me like that?"

SO SAD!!!!!

What's done is done. Chin up and look forward.

Choices

We could do what is right and have it hurt.

Or do what was wrong and live with the guilt.

Wasn't easy to lie but it had to be done.

Didn't mean it hurt any less.

Didn't mean it would stop the tears.

What-the-hell?

I think I might become androphobic one day.

Lazy Sunday
